Wet n Wild Chrome Nail Polish Swatches, Review, Photos

Today must have been the day for putting out new Wet n Wild collections, because in addition to the Be Jeweled Collection nail polishes I also found the Chrome collection nail polishes. I couldn’t resist buying them all, and I have swatches of them for you now!

The application of the Chrome polishes is great – they’re very smooth, thin and easy to apply. One coat appears sheer when wet, but dries to be almost opaque – though I used two coats for the swatches.  They dry very fast, as do most chromes and foils.

These don’t seem to be true chromes, with a mirror finish – instead, they are super sparkly foils, with very fine sparkle, so they appear chrome-like from far away.

The colors I have are – in the order they are on the nail wheel – Steel the Spotlight, A Show at the Palladium, Penny for Your Thoughts, Precious Petals, Hog-quartz School, Grew Up in Cobalt-imore, Stay Outta My Bismuth, I Got a New Com-pewter (which is green, not pewter, oddly).

I love all of these colors, I really like the formula, and I’m glad I happened upon a full display so I could buy the whole set!
