A few days ago, I posted about Sinful Colors’s new Sail La Vie collection – I have display photos here. Note that this colIection is called Sail La Vie at Walgreens and Ahoy There! at Rite Aid – both collections have the same polishes. bought all four of the blue shades (plus Sunburnt from the Pool Side Polish Collection, swatched here). I have quick swatches of the blue shades for you now.
I have a quick swatch for you this morning; Sinful Colors Sunburnt, from the new Pool Side Polish collection (display photos and more information is here).
The color is gorgeous, but I found the polish to be a bit streaky – if you look closely, you can see that it’s still a bit streaky and uneven looking in the photo, which is is two coats without topcoat. For $1.99, I’d say that if you love the color it’s still worth it, but it’s not one of Sinful Colors’s better formulas.
*I purchased the product(s) featured in this post. This post does not contain any affiliate links. Please see my disclosure policy for more information.
Sinful Colors has released two new collections – Sail La Vie, which has five new shades, and Pool Side Polish, which has three new shades (counting one as new that seems to have been previously released in France, but not in the US). I found both at Walgreens earlier today.
Edited to add that the Sail La Vie collection has also appeared at Rite Aid, under the name Ahoy There! – but all the polishes are the same. Here’s that display:
This post is very photo-heavy!
Sinful Colors recently released a new line of permanent products, the Sinful Shine polishes with Gel Tech – supposedly five times glossier than the regular line of Sinful Colors polishes (many of which I find quite glossy, actually). Per the display, these can be found exclusively at Walgreens.
I spotted a new Sinful Colors display at Walgreens a few days ago – called Sure Bet, and mostly consisting of existing colors. I’m actually about to hop on a plane, so I’ll just leave you with these bottle shots of the color names:
Have you seen this display around yet? Anything catch your eye?
