ELF Essential Lip Balm Tint

ELF Essential Lip Balm Tint: Nude // Grapefruit // Berry

I bought ELF’s Essential Lip Balm Tint in Berry a while back (previously reviewed). I liked it so much that when I saw a few other colors for sale at my Walgreens, I bought two more shades – Nude & Berry.

As I wrote previously, these are more of a gloss and less of a balm.  They are mildly moisturizing, but won’t fix chapped lips. They have a sweet vanilla scent and a slightly sweet taste.

Nude // Grapefruit // Berry

Nude is a white-based, and I found that it settles into lip lines a little.  Grapefruit & Berry both have clear bases for a jelly-ish finish, and both are lovely. I would recommend those two!

Thanks for the review on these, I have been super curious about them!! 😀 I like a lot of ELF products, can’t narrow it down for you lol. I did just buy their huge (99 colors I think) eyeshadow palette though and I am soooo in love with it! The colors are amazing. Need a primer though or the won’t last on the lid. Their mineral primer is very nice too.

I bought the nude one. I quite enjoy it, since it’s not super nude, but it does nudify my lips slightly. This is my first “nude” lippie, since I’m scared of looking dead. So this is my beginner nude 😛

I saw your good review of Berry a while back, and when I saw them for sale at Walgreens, I bought all three! The only one I’ve worn so far is Nude, but I really liked how comfortable it felt, and it wore for an acceptable amount of time. Application throughout the day is the real problem, though!
